Oge is a Senior Learning & Development Consultant supporting Alexander Learmond’s international growth. She is dedicated to the mission of improving business training and transforming traditional education systems using neuroscience-based principles.
Oge has built global businesses across multiple sectors and established partnerships with world-renowned brands delivering major successes in establishing vision and delivering strategic initiatives. She’s a creative and multi-faceted leader with executive leadership experience in owner-operated, managed and franchised estate operations and governance. She also the co-founder and executive director of a privately owned and diversified holding company with branches internationally, including businesses in the hospitality service industry.
Oge studied psychology and business administration and holds post-graduate qualifications in Psychology, Learning Strategies and Curriculum Development. She has also completed professional training in Mind, Brain, Health and Education (Neuroeducation). Currently she sits on the board of a non-profit organization that targets and empowers widows and orphans in Africa and leads Kanduu, an international social initiative that supports inclusive learning practices and advocates for students with unique education needs.
Lawrence is a technology expert, engineer, and certified Project Management professional with public and private sector, national and international leadership. He provides advisory support in areas of business expansion, information technology and complex project management. Lawrence is currently a Technical Architect with the Province of BC, Network, Communications, and Collaboration Services. His expertise spans systems integration, service rollout, design, implementation, and process improvements. His passion is for solving complex business problems and developing customer-centric technology solutions.
He also holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Executive Education (telecoms, CATV, broadcast, media convergence) from Asian Institute of Management, and a Masters in Management from University of the Philippines. He holds additional certifications (ITIL, Agile Project Management, Computer Networks, Management Strategy) from multiple institutions including McMaster, McGill, Washington, CentraleSupélec universities.
Lawrence believes in continuous education and when not involved in outdoor sports with the family spends his time in the research and pursuit of innovations in the area of telecom and unified communications solutions.
Tim is the Managing Partner of The Pervin Group Inc. and a governance, mediation, and strategy management expert. He provides advisory guidance in public and private sector board governance, and areas of the company’s growth and expansion.
He is a versatile consultant with over thirty-five years of private sector experience in the services industry, mining, manufacturing, technology, health care and consumer products industries. He has provided advisory leadership to corporate business owners, senior management, association executives, and boards of directors. His expertise is aligned with Alexander Learmond’s core strengths in strategy development, marketing, business planning, operations, human resources and governance.
As a Partner with Stevenson Kellogg, Tim provided leadership in service quality and market responsiveness, human resource and executive search. Prior governance leadership roles include: developing the feasibility of the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association becoming the regulatory and compliance body, authoring the board review to create Whitby Mental Health Centre Foundation (renamed Ontario Shores) and creating Advisory Boards’ governance structures for private and not-for-profit organizations. As a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario, he has also practiced as dispute resolution officer.
Tim has held positions as a member of North York General Hospital Foundation board and Chair, Brigadier Gold Ltd board of directors, BRG-X. He is currently a board member of the Canadian Diabetes Association/National Diabetes Trust and Bellwoods Centres.
Professionally qualified as a Certified Management Consultant, Tim holds an undergraduate degree in commerce from Sir George Williams University in Montreal, and Diploma in Corporate Governance, Rotman School of Business at University of Toronto. He has earned a Master of Law degree (GPLLM) at University of Toronto. He is also a Mediator registered with the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario.
