ALEXANDER LEARMOND is driven by the diverse knowledge, experience and expertise of its founder and partners.

Princess Alexander is a growth strategist and venture coach focused on driving results across trailblazing business and social organizations. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Alexander Learmond and an Entrepreneurship and Strategy department lecturer, Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University. Her expertise spans corporate, start-ups, non-profit and Fortune 500 companies. She is distinguished by her ability to influence and catalyze change through dynamic engagement, strategic collaboration, and creative solutions.

She has held prior senior management roles as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Orion Communications Inc., and General Manager of Bell Canada and a number of progressive leadership positions with Bell Nexxia, Stentor Resources, and Telecom Canada. As a Social Enterprise Coach, she assists not-for-profits to develop financially sustainable models and business plans.

Active in the community, Princess has served in a number of public sector organizations as a Governor of Sheridan, Vice-Chair Program Advisor, Entrepreneurial and Strategy Department, Ryerson University, Member of Small Business Agency of Ontario and the City of Mississauga Summit. Not-for-profit leadership roles include Board Director with Zonta International, Peel Halton Workforce Development Group, and Heritage Mississauga Foundation.

She holds B.Sc. Mathematics from McMaster University, M.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Waterloo and Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. Certificates include Six Sigma Black Belt, Queens University Executive Leadership,Ontario Colleges Advanced and Public Sector Boards Governance Certificates.

Data Analytics, Information Technology, Financial Management

Alida Vazquez-Abrams is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology executive with specialties in IT strategies, financial management and business development.  She has owned various companies, among them Orion Communications where she won various awards, including Profit’s “ Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs” for 2 years running.

Alida’s corporate and entrepreneurial business development success is driven by an adeptness to identify gaps and recognize customer needs which ensures revenue growth and customer satisfaction. She has spearheaded the creation of a leading edge proprietary telecom billing and ERP system that competitively positioned Orion to procure thousands of blue chip clients nationally. A further financial system enhancement resulted in considerable savings to the Company. Her inherent understanding of data analytics and her shrewd financial management resulted in millions of cost of goods savings and overall organizational sustainability during various major economic downtrends and recession. A passion is to leverage her expertise to start and grow businesses. A recent venture in the food industry resulted in the Toronto Life Eating and Drinking Guide Magazine recognitions as one of the “200 Amazing Food Shops” for 2015.

Alida is trilingual – English, Spanish and French – that allows her to work effectively within the international community.  She holds a degree in Business.

When she’s not running businesses and consulting, Alida spends her time with her family. She loves to bake and has always taken a particular interest in food allergies in children.

Marion has extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance. She has extensive expertise championing and implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management System to drive continuous improvements. Additional expertise is in finance and international customer care. She has also held senior management positions in the international design and manufacturing sector and brings integrity, commitment and a passion for teamwork that promotes a performance-oriented culture.

Marion has a BA degree from Sir George Williams University, and certificates, diplomas and training from Canadian Credit Institute and Sheridan College in Finance, Credit, Collections, and Quality Assurance, Management and Audit. She is an executive member of ASQ (American Society for Quality, Canada ) Toronto Section.

Marion is passionate about volunteering her time, an Ontario Volunteer Service Awardee, and current President of the Zonta e -Club of Mississauga.
